Hitchcock’s is an awesome store to visit, shop, and get your saws/generators/lawn equipment repaired. I’ve bought used and reconditioned saws from them that worked great, as well as reconditioned chains. They always take the time to help trouble shoot a problem. And they have a great sense of humor. Love this place.

This business has been here since, well forever!
The owner is super nice. I have purchased a used Billy goat from him in the past.
They sell new and used equipment as well as service them. Today I came in to have my 4 stroke Makita leaf blower repaired. Unfortunately apparently they can not get parts from Makita. The owner was kind enough to give me a referral for who in the area can do the repairs.

I was introduced to the technicians by an old friend. They are quite knowledgeable in all things small motor. Straight talk with regard to condition of equipment and if it is worth fixing. They only sell high quality equipment and they stand behind it.... Way behind it. Also found out they have a electric tool repair expert, he specializes in all things electric. Brought in a broken toy that my wife "loved for years" and he was able to bring it back to life with even more vibration than before and assured me he tested it himself! Happy wife, happy life! Thanks guys

Great place to purchase or service your tools and power equipment. Its a little hidden gem that I found when the service company I previously used to service our work equipment failed us repeatedly. Sometimes the stock in the store is a little low, however, they can order you whatever you need and adjust the equipment to meet your specifications. Great customer service - highly recommended.

I went in to Hitchcocks for the first time on 3/5. The chain on my chainsaw needed to be replaced. I was kinda in a hurry and was just trying to avoid the place (unnamed) on Lincoln Ave. The long time owner was great. He replaced and repaired my chainsaw while I waited. If we want these old time establishments to be around we need to bring them our business. The owner has an amazing can do attitude. I will definitely be back. Thanks again
